CCmapping is an online tool that was exclusively developed for visualizing and exporting the population-based bidirectional atlas for callosal connections between the midsagittal section of the corpus callosum (mCC) and cortical regions. This comprehensive atlas was estimated using high-quality diffusion MRI tractography from 928 healthy adults. The connectional topographic maps within this atlas have the most fine-grained spatial resolution (voxel on the mCC and small patch on the cortical surface) and show excellent validity and reproducibility.
