How to use CCmapping?



Layout of Interface

mCC Panel

Select mCC region on the different resolution
 (click)

  • Choose the resolution on the mCC operation panel.
  • Double-click the voxel/subdivision on mCC.
  • Check the resultant cortical topographic map on the cortical cortex panel.
Visualize mCC topographic result
 (click)

  • Select/upload cortical ROI on the cortical cortex panel.
  • Check the resultant mCC topographic map.
  • Choose strength measure you need.
  • Change color-map on the operation panel.
  • Zoom in and out the result by scrolling.
Upload ROI on mCC mask
 (click)

  • Download mCC mask by clicking the 'CC mask' button.
  • Make your ROI within the mask (same layer and resolution).
  • Upload your mask by clicking 'upload' button.
  • Check the resultant cortical topographic map on the cortical cortex panel.

Cortical Cortex Panel

Select cortical parcels on the different parcellations
 (click)

  • Choose parcellation on the cortical cortex operation panel.
  • Double-click the a parcel of the pair on cortex.
  • Check the resultant mCC topographic map on the mCC panel.
Visualize cortical topographic result
 (click)

  • Select/upload mCC voxel/ROI on the mCC panel.
  • Check the resultant cortical cortex topographic map.
  • Choose strength measure you need.
  • Choose result resolution. If any parcellation is chosen here, you can also choose results only including fiber connecting homotopic regions.
  • Change color-map on the operation panel.
  • Zoom in and out the result by scrolling.
Upload ROI on cortical cortex
 (click)

  • Choose from left, right, whole brain in menu. A template file will be downloaded automatically.
  • Make your ROI using the downloaded template.
  • Upload your mask file by clicking 'upload' button.
  • Check the resultant mCC topographic map on the mCC panel.

View and Info Tools

Change view of surface
 (click)

  • Choose from pial, inflated, very inflated surface as your model.
  • Choose view position of surface model.
  • Use auto spin, wireframe or other tool for visualization.
Check track information
 (click)

  • Click trackinfo button (right bottom) to check track information.
  • Distance and number information of tracks are provided.
  • If parcel pair selected, cognitive information from neurosynth is provided.
